We believe that a gift should be a reflection of the person giving it. That’s why we ditch the “cookie-cutter” approach for a boutique experience.
What happens if the item arrives damaged or doesn't match the quality I expected?
Please email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will work with you to replace the specific damaged items or provide a store credit where appropriate.
Can I get a full refund if I change my mind tomorrow?
Not necessarily. Because we begin sourcing materials and handcrafted assembly quickly, orders canceled within 24 hours of payment may only receive a partial refund.
I haven't received a tracking number yet. Is it ready?
If you have a custom or high-end order, it is currently in the assembly phase. If you would like to see a photo of your basket before it is wrapped and shipped, please email us a request immediately.
The post office lost the basket I purchased. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Our responsibility ends once the basket is successfully accepted by a facility’s front desk, mailroom, or concierge. We are not liable for items lost by the facility
