Welcome to Baskets by Tiffany. By accessing this website, placing an order, or engaging our professional gifting services, you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless, high-end experience for both the sender and the recipient.
1. Professional Bespoke Services
Each arrangement from Baskets by Tiffany is a handcrafted work of art. While we strive for consistency, the artisanal nature of our products means that slight variations in placement, ribbon styling, and container finish are a hallmark of our brand’s unique quality. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value based on seasonal availability to ensure your gift always meets our luxury standards.
2. Payment & Financial Obligations
Custom Design Fees: For all custom-commissioned orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date on our production calendar and initiate the sourcing of specific boutique materials.
Final Settlement: Orders must be paid in full prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup. We accept all major credit cards through our secure, encrypted checkout system.
Pricing Integrity: All prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations for premium contents; however, your price is locked in once the deposit or full payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Comprehensive Refund Policy
Because our team begins procurement and handcrafted production immediately upon order confirmation, our refund policy is strictly enforced to cover labor and material costs:
The 24-Hour Grace Period: Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee and the cost of any specialized materials already purchased for your order.
Non-Refundable Designations: Due to health, safety, and customization standards, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:
Personalized or monogrammed items.
Perishable goods, including snacks, confections, and floral accents.
Holiday-specific collections and limited-edition releases.
Rush orders or same-day service requests.
Production Status: Once an order has entered the “Production” phase, it is considered a final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
4. Delivery, Logistics & Damaged Goods
Delivery Accuracy: The client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the recipientās address. Baskets by Tiffany cannot be held liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect contact information, gated community access issues, or extreme weather events.
Damages & Discrepancies: We take immense pride in our “White Glove” packaging. In the rare event that a gift arrives damaged, the client must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic documentation. We will review the claim promptly to determine the eligibility for a replacement or store credit.
